Short on time but want to feel prepared for your baby’s arrival? This two-session series is designed for busy expectant parents and provides the essential information and practical skills to help you prepare for labor and birth with confidence.

Topics include the stages of labor, breathing and relaxation, comfort measures and labor positions, the partner’s role, pain management options, and cesarean birth, Classes schedule

Saturday 9:30-3

A Family Birthing Center tour is included with this class. We recommend planning your schedule so that you complete the series 2–6 weeks before your due date. Space is limited, and the fee is per couple.
