Dr Falkoff is excellent!! Prior to visit Dr Falkoff received reports from my Pulmonary Disease Dr and reached out to me regarding the results and to make sure I was being treated. The office visit as always is very thorough. Reviewing labs, meds and my pre existing issues and any issues at hand today review all prescriptions and discuss follow up.

Dr. Falkoff has been the best doctor that I have seen over the years. He is the only physician who actually takes the time to really listen and understand concerns. I saw multiple doctors for multiple issues who had all ordered tests. All of them ignored findings because they didn't pertain to them including my past primary care doctor. When I saw Dr Falkoff he was the only one to start connecting the dots. Asking me about the abnormal results other ignored. Under his care I know that I am being fully treated and evaluated each time I see him. His knowledge is unmatched and he cares for his patients. He actually consults with the specialists that I have to see and ensures that I am getting the best possible care.

The physician is very good but I have over time not seen good and consistent service from the other staff. Once you leave the reception area and go to the area with examination rooms, much of the staff there for the past year seem very bored, uninterested in being there and unwelcoming. I have a noticed a significant change on this regard versus the several years prior.

It seems to me that if the doctor had someone inputting info in the compute instead of him it could create a more efficient time for everyone and allow doctors to see more pay.
