Brad is truly exceptional. He ensured that he listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything to me in a way that ensured I knew what I needed to know without being patronizing or confusing. He genuinely made me feel heard and cared for - I cannot say enough good things about him. In addition, after this meeting, I now have confidence that I'll actually be able to follow through with his recommendations in order to improve my health outcome.
