This is my third visit with Dr. Longhitano. Although I have yet to see his face, I find him to be a very kind and thorough physician, with a dry sense of humor. My kind of doctor! He is working with me to combat the unwanted hypertension and hopefully decrease or eliminate the medication I don't want to be on. I feel we are well suited as physician and patient.

Dr. Longhitano was persistent in determining the reason for anomalous EKG results, and figured out it was a lead placement problem, due to my heart resting lower than usual in the chest cavity. I am thankful that his knowledge and dedication led to a solution. He also described this solution In detail (along with a diagram of alternative lead placement for my case) in his notes so that my primary care physician and others could be well informed on the findings.

Dr Longhitano always involves me in my care decisions. He is very thorough and thoughtful before he makes a decision. He communicates on paper how to make changes with my medications if needed so there is no confusion. I feel he cares about my health and is proactive.
