I loved everything about my experience with Dr. Clairwood at the Cheshire office. She took her time to listen to my concerns and looked into them to ensure nothing serious was going on. I’m glad I decided to get a second opinion and go to her because my first experience at the Farmington Hartford healthcare Dermatology it was probably one of the worst medical appointments I’ve had thus far. I was charged for a medical exam that never occurred. I seen the doctor for less than 10 mins. Dr. Clairwood is thorough at her job and she makes you feel seen and heard.

Initially the "wait list" for an appointment was discouraging as was the lack of return VM messages and even the "face to face" visit to confirm my referral was not handled properly. Eighteen months later when I finally had an appointment, I found the staff pleasant and using the eCheckin a good experience. Doctor Clairwood addressed all my concerns; and we discussed future treatments and cost. I felt I was properly informed. The wait time to see her was well worth it and I am happy to report that her staff is professional and efficient; a rarity these days and it was refreshing to see. I highly recommend Doctor Clariwood.
