HHC sends out a note ahead of the appt telling the patient to NOT tell the Dr if anything is wrong that's not the reason for the visit. I went for an annual check-up. The Dr. Looked at test results. Nothing wrong that I wanted treatment or tests for. HHC was clear that I should NOT address anything else. This is a really stupid way to do medicine. Not the Dr's fault.

Dr Copetti is wonderful. I had my old PCP for over 20 years and Dr Copetti is even better than the old one. She puts you at ease and is very easy to talk to. She gives you time to tell her your problems and read all the notes from my specialists. She is the best!!!

I had an excellent visit with Dr Copetti. She dis a good job talking me through my current medication list, talking about possible diagnosis both previous and currently and is helping me reduce my medication which doesn't have great long term effects. She listened, asked and answered questions and she heard me!

I like Dr. Copetti a lot, she’s smart, thoughtful and kind and I love her assistant, Milady, for the same reasons. I don’t like the chaos with the phone and portal. It’s impossible to get a message to Dr Copetti by phone and when I used the portal it took a week for a response about a prescription issue. No bueno.
