Said he was going to put in testing for both hurt shoulders and only did 1 which caused a delay when I went to the neurologist who also then said Ihe couldn't do my newest hurt shoulder because it was too soon. It got sorted out when I was at the neurologist but it was stressful because it was on my work lunch break and needed to get back to work

The extent of the yearly exam lacks a lot of what I was used to in past exams. It now is just a question and answer period. The doctor used to physically do much more examining. The only thing done now is listen to taking deep breaths. No EKG done. No prostrate exam, to get that done need to see specialist. Don't look in the ears or mouth.

The experience is wonderful. You are never rushed, never feel like you are a number, but you are addressed by your first name and staff introduce themselves by first name.
