Do you find yourself planning to wake up early in the morning to exercise but instead hitting snooze? Exercising in the morning has numerous benefits that can affect the rest of your day. For example, your body releases endorphins that create a positive feeling, reducing stress and anxiety. What a great way to start off the day.
Making exercises a part of your daily routine is important regardless of what time it happens. But here are 10 benefits to an early morning workout.
